Our Cabinet Installation Services
For those who are looking to update their kitchen or bathroom, a cabinet installation service might be the best investment you can make. We have been working with homeowners across the state to provide cabinet installation services that solve their storage issues and make their spaces look amazing. With stock, semi-custom, and custom options available, our cabinet services will help you design your look, find your style, and create a functional space that meets your needs in just a few days.
Our Cabinet Installation Process
Over the years, our team of cabinet installers have developed a cabinet installation process that works for homeowners. Not only does this allow us to demo your existing cabinets, but, with our advanced tools and years of experience as cabinet finishers, your new cabinets will be level, square, and fully functional, including the features you want, such as soft-close drawers and hardware you will love from your first peek.
Prep
The first part of our process is the prep. Prep can include demolishing and removing your existing cabinets, as well as marking the layout of your new set. We are going to find the high point on the floor and then set your base cabinets based on this point to ensure an even, square finish.
Installing Upper Cabinets
Once everything is measured and ready, we will start by installing the upper cabinets. The first step is to install a temporary 1x4 ledger board along the wall to support the cabinets. Next, we will start at the corner and secure that cabinet to the stud using a 3-inch cabinet screw. We will then move down the line with the adjacent cabinets, clamping them, screwing them together, and fastening them to the wall. Once the entire line of cabinets is done, we will then remove the temporary ledger board.
Installing Base Cabinets
Next, we move on to the base cabinets, which will be waist height. Just like the upper cabinets, we start at the corner and shim it until it is level and plumb. We will then move down the line and continue positioning and levelling each cabinet with shims. Once all the cabinets are in position, we screw the cabinets together through their face frames and secure them to the wall studs. Finally, we will use filler strips to address any gaps and secure everything with screws.
Final Touches
The final steps are to install toe kicks at the base and crown molding at the top. Once the trims are installed, we can install all the doors and drawers and make any final adjustments to ensure they function as designed. Finally, we will fill any remaining gaps, seams, or screw holes with wood filler and thoroughly clean the area, leaving you with spotless cabinets ready to load.
Explore Your Options
Stock
Stock cabinets are one of the best ways to lower the costs of your cabinet installations. Being stock does not mean you are getting low-quality cabinets; instead, it means that your kitchen or bathroom is a standard size, and we have a cabinet set that will fit that space perfectly. With hardware options and dozens of colors and styles, a stock cabinet might be the right fit for your bathroom or kitchen renovation.
Semi-Custom
Semi-custom cabinets give you all the benefits of custom cabinets without the cost of custom sizing. These cabinets use a stock size but offer you tons of flexibility in terms of look, color and hardware. This is a great option for those who are looking for a specific look but have a traditional style kitchen or bathroom that would be a great fit for stock cabinets.
Custom
A fully custom cabinet installation is one of our specialties. We will work with you to measure and deliver made-to-order cabinets that fit your space like a glove. With complete customization, including drawers, hardware, and doors, a custom cabinet experience is like no other.
